The filing comes after Bell reportedly had a «confrontation» with Von Schmeling last week, leading to the former Nickelodeon star’s possible suicide attempt, according to police.
911 recording alerted authorities
This is what set off all the alarms regarding Bell’s disappearance, and according to a 911 audio recording between two officers from different departments, you can hear how they talk about a celebrity who, after a confrontation with his wife, had started sending messages to his family informing that he was going to »get drunk and hang himself».
They were able to trace
Following the 911 audio, police obtained permission to track Drake’s phone and pinpoint his exact location. In the audio, it appears that police had obtained Bell’s coordinates and were trying to determine his exact location. In that same call, officers identify the person in distress as Jared Drake Bell.
Bell downplays police account
Although the police account indicates the existence of a much more serious situation, Bell downplayed his disappearance shortly after he was found alive hours after being reported missing.

The Daytona Beach Police Department shared that Bell was missing and considered «endangered» Thursday morning, but an update released around 1:30 p.m. revealed Bell had been located.
The actor claims it was all a misunderstanding.
