The »Thor» actor consumes about 4,500 calories a day when preparing for his action-packed roles in which his physique is a key element.
Ten meals a day
The actor ingests these calories and it is usually through ten meals a day spread over approximately 450 calories each.
The chef has worked with other stars
The Australian chef has been working with the Marvel star for three years, and has also cooked alongside other megastars such as Blake Lively and Drew Barrymore.

However, Hemsworth’s dietician, Luke Zocchi, warns that these dietary routines are not recommended, and are only suitable during periods of preparation for peak fitness.

This diet lasts approximately eight weeks and should not be considered a regular routine.
