Actress and producer
Actress Nicole Kidman has been in Mallorca filming the series ‘Lioness’, the new Paramount+ series in which, besides being an actress, she is also a producer.
Joined the filming
With her hair tied back and dressed in a black suit and blue shirt, Nicole joined the filming of this production at the end of January. The series will hit the screens possibly by the end of 2023.
Accompanied by Zoe Saldaña
The 55-year-old Oscar-winning Hollywood actress shares the lead role with Zoe Saldana, Laysla de Oliveira and veteran actor Morgan Freeman.
CIA Detective
Kidman plays a CIA detective who is torn between the intricacies of her rank, her role as a wife and mentoring someone who is following in her footsteps on a difficult path she has already been down.

Kidman will play Kaitlyn Meade, a CIA supervisor with a lot of experience in the game of politics.

Taylor Sheridan, the person responsible
In charge of directing the series is actor, screenwriter and director Taylor Sheridan, also responsible for the creation of television titles such as Yellowstone (2018), starring actor Kevin Costner, 1923 (2022), with Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren, or Tulsa King (2022), with Sylvester Stallone.
A CIA program
The series is based on a real CIA program, where women are trained with the objective of confronting terrorist and criminal networks.
Visits to the island
The actress has shared in networks her visits to the island sightseeing its most beautiful corners, when filming allows it.
Mallorca, vacation retreat
And she has not been the only one. Other actors of the cast have been seen in Mallorca, an island accustomed to seeing movie stars, such as Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones, who have their holiday retreat here.
A young woman recruited by the CIA
Canadian Laysla De Oliveira will play Cruz Manuelos, a young Marine who has been recruited by the CIA to join the ‘Lioness Engagement’ team to take down a terrorist organization from the inside. Oliveira is tasked with befriending the daughter of a terrorist being pursued by the Central Intelligence Agency.
Zoe Saldaña is the team leader
Zoe Saldaña will play Joe, the program’s station manager, in charge of training and guiding its secret agents.
Secretary of State
Morgan Freeman will play Edwin Mullins, the U.S. Secretary of State.
