Production of the second season begins
Production has begun on the second season of HBO’s drama series »House Of The Drafon» at Leavesden Studios in the UK.
The series is set 200 years before »Game of Thrones».
Based on George R.R. Martin’s «Fire and Blood,» the series, set 200 years before the events of «Game Of Thrones,» tells the story of House Targaryen.
New and old talents
Ryan Condal, Co-Creator and Executive Producer of the series shared the following message: »It’s back. We are thrilled to be back shooting with members of our original family, as well as new talent on both sides of the camera».
Ready for the second season
He continued, »All your favorite characters will soon be plotting at the council tables, marching their armies and riding their dragons into battle. We can’t wait to share what we have in store.»
Part of the cast of the first season returns
The cast of the second season features many of the names we already know from the first season: Matt Smith, Olivia Cooke, Emma D’Arcy, Eve Best, Steve Toussaint, Fabien Frankel, Ewan Mitchell, Tom Glynn-Carney, Sonoya Mizuno and Rhys Ifans.
We will also be able to enjoy new faces
